"Everything about the app is easy to use and sleek, EXCEPT payment. Can only use card (this is due to COVID so it's understandable) but the card payment method takes 7 -10+ minutes to load (have had this problem on different phones with different wifi and phone data - so it's not because of a slow device), and then sometimes it doesn't work and errors so you must go back and start all over again!!!"
